체육교수 임용공고의 차별과 배제
이 연구의 목적은 체육교수 임용공고에 나타난 차별과 배제를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 연구방법은 교수임용 사이트(www.hibrain.net)에서 체 육교수 임용공고의 차별과 배제에 관련된 사례를 선택하여 분석하는 방법을 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공이 불분명한 예이다. 교과 명 칭을 전공으로 한정하고 관련 전공자를 선발한다는 임용공고이다. 교과명칭 에 해당하는 전공자라고 할 수 있는 것이 명확히 들어나는 것도 아니다. 논 문주제에 유사하면 관련 전공자라고 생각하는 것에 문제가 있다. 적어도 전 공자는 해당 전공과정에 일치하는 강의를 듣고 학점을 이수하고 학위논문을 제출하여 합격한 사람을 말한다. 둘째, 대표적인 사례는 학부전공을 체육전 공으로 한정한 사례이다. 이 공고는 학부에서 체육을 전공하지 않고 대학원 에서 체육을 전공한 사람들의 지원 자체를 막고 있다. 셋째, 전공을 세분화 해서 특정 자격증과 국가대표 출신 자격으로 한정한 사례이다. 특정 전공과 국가대표선수 출신, 국제대회 입상 실적이 있는 자 또는 특정전공의 특정실 기, 특정실기 자격증을 한정한 예이다. 특정인을 선발하기 위한 맞춤공고이 다. 넷째, 특정종교로 한정한 사례이다. 특정종교로 지원을 제한하면서 추천 장을 요구하는 행위는 공정한 공고에서 벗어나도 한참 벗어난다. 공고에 나타나는 불공정한 사례들은 교수임용에 일면이지만 전체를 본다면 보이지 않 는 차별과 배제가 일상화 되어 있음을 알 수 있다.
The discrimination and exclusion appeared in physical education professors announcements appointment
The purpose of this study was to examine the discrimination and exclusion appeared in physical education professors announcements appointment. For this purpose, research methods were used to select a method for analyzing the cases related to discrimination and exclusion appointed professor of physical education professors announcements from the site(www.hibrain.net). The results were as follows: First, Major name is unclear. The delegation announcement that limit the selection subject to the relevant Major names in the majors. For sure it can be said that majors on subjects that I’m not even name. Second, The announcement is limited to the physical education majors in college. The announcement is that blocking the support of the people themselves who majored in physical education at the Graduate School without an undergraduate degree in physical education. Third, The announcement shall be limited to national athletes. This case was limited to a specific group performance, certification of certain groups or certain parties. A personalized announcement for the person selected. Fourth, The announcement will be limited to a particular religion. The announcement requires a pastor recommendation. Unfair cases that appear in the announcement can see that aspect, but look at the whole invisible discrimination and exclusion are commonplace in professor appointment.
